Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
At QuillCraie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item was shipped (different from what you ordered)
- The product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized items (engraved notebooks, special-order markers, etc.)
- Opened paint sets or used art supplies
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
- Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions if your request is approved
- Ship the item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error)
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different color or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
