We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging:

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost upon verification.

Dispute Resolution
